The following provides an explanation of our technical services offering, some background to our consultants, and who we work with.

Technical Services

As a company we do not recommend any one hardware or software vendor over another. Rather, we use our past experiences to present an informed view. We are comfortable working with all of the major hardware vendors, and have experience of working with many of the software vendors.

Our aim is to offer a truly independent view to the hardware and software chosen by our customers for their environment.

Technical Consultants

Our technical consultants come from a varying background and we have worked together in a professional capacity for a great many years. As a relatively small company, our reputation is our greatest asset. It is our reputation that brings new opportunities as we are recommended from one customer to another.

Our consultant's core skills are based around the following technologies; Enterprise Servers and Storage, SAN and NAS Design and Implementation, Enterprise Backup and Recovery of Data, all flavours of UNIX, Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Oracle Performance and Tuning, Oracle RMAN, Virtualisation and Cisco Storage Networking.

Our Customers

We have a great many customers that we have worked with over time, customers that come back to us time and again for advice, for pieces of work, or just to meet socially. We don't work in any one particular sector, although we have great experience in the Financial and Government arenas. Some of our customers appear in the FTSE-100, whilst others are small-to-medium sized businesses. We partner with a number of consultancy companies and provide professional services to a number of hardware and software resellers who don't have in-house skills.
